Bringing one SBS into another

OK here is the situation.  Our company has aquired an LLC company of the same name.  Long story but this has been in works for a while, the buy out that is.  So now they want all data to come out of this office.  Which is fine and makes it easily manageable for me.  But here is the kicker, they have SBS also.

Their email address has the same domain as ours.  (We have a forwarder in place that sends it on to them)  Here are things that I want to do but don't know the exact order in which to do them.

1.  Move email boxes up to cooperate location.
2.  If I can move the licenses from one SBS to another.
3.  Install router with preconfigured VPN for connection to cooperate.

Mainly the first two are the ones I am concerned with, I have already done 3 at another location so I know it works.  But if anyone has any idea if the first 2 can be accomplished, please shed some light.

Thanks.

Well, you can't have both SBS's on the same network... so if you're going to do #3 you'll have to either reintstall it with a different domain or transition it out of being an SBS.  (see http://sbsurl.com/multiserver)

As for the others?

1.  Use EXMerge to port out the mailboxes and then you can import them to your main SBS.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/174197

2.  Use the transfer wizard in the Licensing Section of the Server Management Console.  You can only transfer any "additional" CALs, not the base 5 that came with SBS.

Should  have mentioned that I knew about both SBS's on the same network.

The others I was kind of sure what I was talking about but just needed that extra reassurance.

Thanks Jeff.
