Greetings, mutec1 !

The conversion may not have gone correctly.  What are you using to convert?  Adobe Acrobat? Check the Word document and make sure 3rd page and beyond is not corrupted.

Make sure all background programs are turned off, including antivirus and antispyware. Then try converting the Word document again.

Best wishes!

I'm having the user see if she gets the same results by converting a different document.  I noticed that document she has in word had track changes turned on. Would this affect the security settings if track chnages is turned on.

If track changes is turned on, it may affect the conversion to PDF file.

I had the user try a different document and she did not have any issues applying the security issues to the document.  I am waiting on her to see if she can turn track changes off and try saving the document under a different name.  I also asked her to check and see if page 3 of the document is ok.
