Exchange 2003 mailbox size limits are not enforced in a reasonable period of time.

Anybody have any experperience with this issue?

Made the three recommended registry entries, restarted the Information Store, but the solution does not seem to behave as advertised.

I am experimenting with my own account by setting my email limit purposefully low but even after the changes, I still only get one notification (generated 12:00am) each day.  I would expect to get notified more often until I get my account under the set limit.

I am planning on getting very aggressive with my users' limits but I'm afraid if I don't get a handle on this, I'll be locking out my users for long periods of time instead of the increased refresh rate that the article implies.

Article says to add the 'Reread Logon Quotas Interval' and I set that at 1200. (Recommended).

Then added the CacheTTLUser & Mailbox Cache Age Limit entires.

Would appreciate any insight.
