Hi

I noticed these evenst over the weekend, on my V240 and now I'm getting a constant stream of "ghd_timer_newstate: HBA reset failed" errors.  How can I diagnose the problem?

ghd_timer_newstate: HBA reset failed

Generally indicates a fatal condition; I/O operation could not be completed following reset of the channel.
