Windows Server 2003 IIS 5 Compatibility

Hello All,

Is it possible to run IIS 5 on a Windows 2003 Server?  I don't think so, but I need a definate answer for my boss.

    IIS 5 is bundled with Windows 2000 - you cannot seperate it or download it and install it seperately.  IIS 6 is bundled with 2003 - you cannot seperate it or download it and install it seperately.
