Creating Mapped Custom Fields in Outlook 2003

I have a database that I am trying to export some information from....into Outlook.  The fields are name, email, password, ID, and Last Search.

I created those fields in my contact list and I see them at the top.  When I try to import this CSV file into Outlook it doesn't give me the option while I "Map Custom Fields" to drag it to the right side window from the CSV.  Those fields I created are simply not there for me toi select from.  Does anyone have any ideas how I do this?  Thank you!

I have figured this out a couple days ago.  I just had to create custom fields based on what outlook game me to choose from and then rename the headers at the top.  It was a pain, but I got it.  Thanks for the link, but I already knew that much.  The problem I was having was when I was trying to create my own field names.  I could do it in outlok, but then in the window those fields would never appear.

ANyway I got it working.   Thanks anyway.

Mods, how do I close this question since I figured the answer out myself?  Thank you!

I left this question as is becasue I didn't get any help with it.  I had already seen the link that the other person sent me, and nothing else was added.  How do I cancel the thread?
