RT doesn't work after Tiger upgrade

We have just updated our MAC server from version 10.3.9 to 10.4.6.  We are running a Xserve, PowerPC G4, 1.33Ghz, 1GB RAM.  After the update we could not get RT to come back up.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Thank you.

If you are talking about Request Tracker, check your prerequisites:

It is my understanding when using RT and doing an upgrade from 10.3 to 10.4 you need to reinstall RT and restore your data files, but I've never done it -- I have stayed away from actually upgrading the servers at this point.
