Word data file to Outlook contacts

I have office 2003, I have a list of names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. in Word, sort of like a data file, but no field names, just data in vertical format. Is there any way to get this data into Outlook as contacts without having to cut and paste each one? Smart tags only work for one field at a time.

Thanks,

You need to import the contents on to an excel sheet, give column headings and then export as a comma separated values (windows). This can then be imported in to outlook contacts. Using excel makes it easier to format and remember that you will need to map custom fields so that the info on the csv is mapped to the correct place.

Greetings, contrain.

If the information is in a table, then you can follow these instructions to speed up the export process.
