WD beta does not update properly unless uninstalled and re-installed.

However if this is run it is then possible to update from Help/Options/checkupdate

Msiexec /x  {A5CC2A09-E9D3-49EC-923D-03874BBD4C2C}

This seems to remove existing updates and allows newer updates.

Question;  Is Microsoft addressing this anomaly?

Hi

I presume this is being resolved - I have win defender installed on some home machines and it updates via windows update no problem, and I have also put it on a few work machines for testing and they are updating via our WSUS server with no problems

cheers
