For secuirty reasons, we can only allow users to sync one week wroth of offline messages to user's laptop. &nbsp;I tried outlook's sync filter but it seems like it will download all messages to .ost and than filter it out based on what's in the .ost file. &nbsp;Is there any ways to tell Exchange and Outlook to only download last 7 days emails to .ost for offline uses? &nbsp;If user connects to the network, then it will grab all emails from Exchange server.<br />

Is there any ways to tell Exchange and Outlook to only download last 7 days emails to .ost for offline uses?  If user connects to the network, then it will grab all emails from Exchange server.
