If OWA or Companyweb are not working, you'll need to reinstall them.

See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/887305

Then... you need to read http://sbsurl.com/pop2smtp to know what to configure for email OUTSIDE your server first.  Then you need to run the CEICW (Configure Email and Internet Connection Wizard) http://sbsurl.com/ceicw

What do you mean you "installed the Active Directory in SBS"??? You can't do that... it must be configured during SBS's initial installation.  It's not something that is done afterwards.  You cannot install SBS without having it create a domain, etc.

At this point?  I'd suggest you start over and follow the manual.  http://sbsurl.com/start is the official one, and http://sbsurl.com/best is my favorite guide.

You can't remove active directory on an SBS it won't run without it.  So you need to start over as suggested.  Read the manuals.  Install correctly.
