Exchange Moderator or Redirector?
Kind of an odd request.
I am looking to setup a email moderator. This would be a manager for a department. All email for the managers employess would go to him for approval before being distributed internally or externally. Is this possible.

I wish I could explain it away, but I have to come up with something.

Depends on how evil you are feeling.
Manual sorting would probably work and get the idea dropped very quickly. Each user would need to have two accounts - an internal account and an external account to send email. The external account would have a store and forward (without the store) to send all inbound email to the manager.
I would also get your HR people to sign off the idea. It might not be allowed due to local privacy laws.

I found a third party product that will do this. Works quite well. www.exclaimer.com

You would have to do some kind of fudge involving a single account and probably virtual mailboxes or something like that.
Doesn't the manager have better things to do with their time?
