Best way to Transfer DHCP Server settings

Hello everyone,
I am preparing to remove a server with 2000 Advanced Server operating on it and replacing it with a server running Server 2003.  Right now the 2000 box is running a DHCP Scope with reservations, exclusions, the whole nine yards.  I am researching what the easiest way is, for me to backup all the settings on the 2000 box and transfer them to the Server 2003 box.  If any of you could outline the best way to accomplish this, you will have my appreciation and 500 pts!!

Hi Jandakel2,
How to move a DHCP database from a computer that is running Windows NT Server 4.0, Windows 2000, or Windows Server 2003 to a computer that is running Windows Server 2003

Both of the suggested MS links ultimately provided me w/ the info that I needed, however the instructions weren't 100% intuitive.  Basically, I used the DHCP export utility to export the scope and the scope settings from the 2000 advanced server box, and it worked great.  You can not import the settings using the same utility however, so you have to put the file that you created somewhere locally on the server that will be housing the new DHCP and use the "netsh dhcp server import C:\dhcp.txt all"  command to import the file.  Thanks for the suggestions all, it ulimately worked great, and saved a lot of work!!
