BlackBerry MDS Studio

Has anyone used this tool to create an application to work on a Blackberry device? Is there any good resource for developing applications for the Blackberry using this tool, or others and can help in development of the Web Services as well.

    We have used MDS Studio to create an application that allows us to access our internal database via the blackberry device.  If you have an existing database running on SQL for example you just simple insert the fields into MDS and positions them to fit the screen.  I would rate MDS Studio as basic to create simple applications.  As a start you can download some sample apps just to have a play:
