Hi All,

Is there a way by which I could HIDE the JUNK EMAIL FOLDER in outlook either from client or server side. I have 400 users, So server side would be great. I don't want the user to have the junk email folder in outlook.

Thanks for any inputs in advance.

I don't think you can as it is a system folder.

Well you can disable the Junk Mail folder functionality, by using the Outlook in Online Mode, you can try accessing the Junk Folder button on the Tools-->options-->General---> Junk Folder button, it would give you a popup which says Junk mail is to be used in Cache Mode.  However, you would not be able to hide/delete it, as the Junk folder is considered to be special folder as Inbox.

You may be able to do it on per user basis using MFC Mapi Tool, but this is not you want.....
