what is the proper command syntax to change the ip address of the fastethernet 0 port on Cisco 1700 Series Router

I am think it should go something like this:
no ip address 198.168.20.2 255.255.255.0
ip address 198.168.20.4 255.255.255.0

am I close?

Note: you would have to disable dhcp on this interface if it is configured before putting in that command.
