Hi

I'm having a problem getting Firefox to submit a form that is contained in an IFrame.  Works fine in IE.  I believe the code is Firefox compliant - but obviously I'm wrong!

formframe.document.forms.form1.submit();

formframe is the IFrame id

Thanks

You have a few choices:
1) give the frame a name (name="formframe") and reference it from the frames collection: eg: window.frames["formframe"]
2) You can use the ID with document.getElementById("formframe") but then getting the window reference requires a little more work.  The contentWindow (eg: document.getElementById(...).contentWindow) should work in most cases, but older version of Mozilla browsers like NS6 may require using contentDocument

Apple has an article on getting the reference, but I think going through the frames collection should suffice: http://developer.apple.com/internet/webcontent/iframe.html
