hello , using Indy Pop3 to retrieve Indy Message, how do u get the subject/body in unicode format? anyone familiar with it?
all im able to get is question marks. but using other email clients, i get chinese characters which is correct. thanks

Have you tried changing the IdMessage.NoDecode property?
