Account Delegation Question

I have created a help desk account and granted delegation to modify accounts. They cannot create accounts but only change/reset the password and modify the personal information on the account. I cannot find a way to allow them to unlock an account if it has been locked due to password policies. Is there a way to delegate this control also? If i go into delegate, add the group, check custom and check user options there is nothing I see for this, I am just missing it?

Check this article; since you're (probably) working with Server 2003, just ignore the part about editing dssec.dat (it's not necessary anymore in W2k3):

Thanks, for some reason (maybe cause there is 200 options to choose from) I was blowing right by it.
