Session Timeout Question

Some users of my company's web application are reporting that their session has timed out, yet when I try and duplicate the timeout behavior I cannot reproduce the problem.  We have our session timeout set for 30 minutes.  Are there other things that can affect session length/life?

    Accepted Solution

If you are using any session cookies through database  then you have to check your database size and also increase log and primary database size then check.

You can also increase your session timeout size more then 30 minute so increase it.

If you are using any session variable in you code then check it and also change it.
you can also change it from IIS or your web server .
