I have a small office that use 2 computers.<br />
One computer is in the owners room. and one computer is outside for the secretary.<br />
The owner makes his appointments on outlook.<br />
Basically he used outlook to make appointments.<br />

Now he wants his secretary to be able to make appointments for him however he still wants to be able to view them on his computer. <br />

i don't know how to do that in outlook.<br />
