DLL not included in the exe

I am developing a simple app in vb.net. I set the project to release mode and compiled it. The problem is that the exe is not standalone. It requires a COM DLL that I was using to be in the same directory as the exe when you fire the program. Is there anyway to include the DLL in the exe that visual studio 2005 is creating?
