This is reference for me regarding what you have.

ProSafeā„¢ 802.11g Wireless Access Point
http://www.netgear.com/products/details/WG302.php

ProSafeā„¢ Indoor/Outdoor 18 dBi Patch Panel Directional Antenna
http://www.netgear.com/products/details/ANT24D18.php

54 Mbps Wireless Access Point
http://www.netgear.com/products/details/WG602.php
---------------------------------------------------------------

The weak point of the above equipment is your WG602, which is rated at 54mb...What you could do is get multiple WG302 with the ANT24D18 per each, and lay them out as you described in your question.  The WAP (wireless access points) can be configured as a bridget to each other.  Get as many as you need to make that 300m stretch.  This is how you do it;

As for the WG602, use it for something else.
