Exchange server/OUTLOOK 2003

I have a user that has email address: chris@mydomain.com

I created a new email address for him christopher@mydomain.com and set it as primary.
I set the old email address chris@mydomain.com as secondary.

if someone send and email to chris@mydomain.com, is it going to be routed to christopher@mydomain.com ?

thanks

No

There is nothing called Primary or secondry. Only Set as reply address option is there, which means the person who will reply to the emails of this users email will only see this address.

For the people who will reply to this user will be able to see only "christopher@mydomain.com" as an email address for this user.

Yes.

When Chris replies to any email, the person receiving the email will see his address as whatever the primary is.
