How can I display the full email address in the "To:" field on email printouts, for emails sent to external addresses?  At the moment the printout shows only the resolved name for the addressee from the global address book.

    Hi bungeecork,

You can't.  Outlook offers very limited cusomization of it's printouts.  This isn't one of them.  You'd have to write your own or find a third-party tool that does this.
