And delete all cookies/offline files/ all that stuff and make sure you are clean.
I usually take heat for this anwser but this is what I recommend to my clients:

In my opinion, you should purchase Webroots Spysweeper Program. It is relatively inexpensive 10-30 dollars depending if its on sale.

Works just like most Anti Virus software on the market.

You should try before you buy, www.webroot.com It will search your computer, tell you the terrible condition of your computer and then let you purchase it.

Have installed this program on over 300 Computers, and never a complaint.

Thank you for all of you. I tried first post, it didn't clean, I also cleaned all the offfiles and cookies too, now I will go on and try the others..
reset web settings  in the control panel.   This will set MSN as you "home page" , then you can change to the home page of your choosing.
Could it also be posible that this incorrect "home page" is be reset even after deleting it or changing it, if so try ending system restore. (stop) .
be sure to set a restore point and turn it back on .  This will also delete all past restore points and free up some resources on your computer.
run , from the run menu< sfc \scannow< enter and let it run.  Yes there is a space between the c and the\.
