Transfering SSL Cert from IIS to Fedora/Apache

Could someone please give me an overview on how this process is achieved? Currently the SSL cert is on IIS5, and is to be moved to a Linux box, preferably without "re-issueing" at the CA (Thawte).
I am sure there are some good guides for this out there, but our client requires this to be carried out before the end of today, so would appreciate any help offered!!!
