Hi,

If I configure PIX to relay DHCP clients to a Windows DHCP server on a different subnet, will the Windows DHCP server send back an address from the right scope without any need for additional config on the DHCP server?

Thanks,
Ciderspine

Hi Rajesh,

So I just create a new scope on the Windows DHCP server and configure relay on PIX and hey presto! Easy as that?

The scope you create on the DHCP Server needs to be correct ip addressing scheme and it will work.
