Cisco 2600 QoS configuration issue

My company is using a Polycom device for video conferencing. We just upgraded our bandwidth for this office to a 3MB channel from our ISP. I need to configure QoS on my Cisco 2600 so there is reserved, dedicated bandwidth for this Polycom system whenever anyone needs the system. I am, however finding it a bit difficult to figure out how to set up QoS on a multilinked bonded pair of two, T1 WIC’s in my 2600 and I am not sure how to config QoS on such a configuration.
Any assistance would be very much appreciated and thanks in advance.

A bonded pair of T1's is just like a 3meg floor DS3 it's not an issue put the QoS policey on the input side ethernet of the router you can only Policey base it on what goes into that port anyway once it leaves your router the Diff/Serv bit for the most part is ignored.
