    You can't.
Microsoft operate on the policy of mailbox owners being able to do what they like with their mailbox.

OK, but can a user turn it off themselves? I see that the button can easily be removed from the navigation pane, but can it be removed from the mailbox tree? If there is no calendar in use, it does not need to appear inside the mail box at all.

    Assisted Solution

It is a system folder. It cannot be deleted or moved, or restricted. It is a core part of Exchange.
