Installed Active sync with a Qtek 9100 (windows mobile 5).

If I follow the installation paper for Active sync it says that the serveradress should be "mail.company.com" without http:// or https://.

Right now I can use https://mail.company.com to get to OWA.

How do I get rid of http://?

OWA is Outlook Web Access.  It's a url to access email externally via the online version of outlook.  Your mail server may or may not have the same name.  You likely can't sync with OWA because it's not delivering the messages natively, but rather via a controlled display.  Ask your sysadmin what the name of your POP3 or IMAP server is.  It may well be the same without the http:// or https://, but it could be a different name all together because the owa could be hosted on a different machine.
