Email being rejected

A few hours ago, our exchange system began rejecting almost all incoming emails, giving a failure code of "550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable or not local." We can send out, and receive internal email, and receive emails from sbcglobal.net, but nothing else.

I have rebooted the exchange server (we use small business server 2003 with exchange 2003).

Help - what can I do??

Mike,

I reading the info you provided on the SBS Newsgroup, I'd say that LunarPages messed up your DNS Zone file and you need to contact them ASAP to rectify the situation.

I think you're right.  I checked a dns report site, and our mail server is listed as lunarpages' ip address instead of ours.  I've submitted an email trouble ticket to them, but I can't talk to them by phone until the morning.  Meanwhile, no email for us.  All this time I was thinking it was our server...
