I am not sure by what you say when you mention ' Running Applications'. Glad you were able to resolve the earlier issue.

I havent seen this before but perhaps what the error code means may help.

You can also start outlook in safe mode and check. At start > run - type : outlook /safe and recheck. This would disable any add-ins that may be giving any conflicts.

I ended up uninstalling the programs and loading again and it then run properly
There does seem to be a problem when Outlook gets into the "running applications" twice is there any way to prevent this
