Multimedia Audio Controller Driver - Dell Precision 650

Hi Folks,

Can someone please point me in the right place i can't seem to find a driver anywhere not even on the Dell website for the Sound Card.
I am getting a conflict on the Device Manager for "Multimedia Audio Controller"
and i cant listen to music so i tried to get a driver for the sound card on the net and i am having no luck.
