Hello,

1. is there a way to assign task to more than 1 user and still be able to receive status update? (in non exchange environment)

2. are there any other useful (must have) Add-ons for outlook task?

None that I know of and the environment doesn't matter.

Any answer would be subjective.  What's useful to one person might not be useful to you.  There's a good list of task add-ins here: http://www.slipstick.com/addins/tasks.htm
