Exchange server 2003 installed fine, no errors on installation. &nbsp;However when I try to use the POP3 protocol the default POP3 Virtual Server was not started. Trying to start the POP3 service I get the following error:<br />

&quot;The server did not respond to the start request in a timely fashion&quot;<br />
<br />
It then says to check the event log but there is no entry at all under any of the categories.<br />

I have rebooted several times but that has not helped.<br />

Any ideas?
