Cisco 1200 DHCP issue

We have a cisco 1200 that is plugged into a Cisco 2950T switch our network is fully functional and working our DHCP server is a windows 2003 SBS server that has worked fine for years issueing IPs to all the hard wired clients and VPN clients etc.  Ok so the 1200 WAP is plugged into the network it gets an IP fine but when a wireless client gets on the network via the 1200 WAP the client times out when trying to get a valid IP via DHCP the WAP doesnt have MAC filtering and its not an encryption issue because if i look at the GUI log screen i get the following for clients (Interface Dot11Radio0, Station 0016.6f6e.4683 Associated KEY_MGMT[WPA PSK] )  and not a failed to authenticate.  so what do you guys think?  Oh also i have tried a cisco 1100 WAP and got the same result i have also taken that same 1100 and plugged it into my home network and it worked just fine and DHCP worked etc.
