Remote Access Connection Manager Service in the event viewer

On one of the servers that I support the event viewer is getting nailed with these two messages:

  - The Remote Access Connection Manager Service terminated with the following error:
    Access is denied.

  -  Remote Access Connection Manager failed to start because it could not create buffers. Restart the computer. Access is denied.

I have rebooted and it is still giving me the same error, every minute. It is so bad that it is crashing the event viewer.

Any ideas? Thanks!
