Can't print in Outlook

We have a PC that prints blank sheets when attempting to print an email, no header information etc. It prints OK in other applications. I have restored the default settings in IE (advanced) done a detect and repair in Outlook, re-installed office but to no avail. The problem is profile specific, if you log on as someone else it's fine. Does anyone know of a "fix" before I delete the user's profile and re-create it?
