Will any of these allow me to change setting and data held in the DMI storage area of the MB? <br />

I downloaded powertweak, but need to get a xwindows system running to see it properly. Ran the windows version, but it did not look I can change things like the serial number, manufacturers details for example. &nbsp; I am looking for asset tagging &amp;&nbsp;information storing about serial numbers etc on the MB for pull these off remotely. I have a DOS DMICFG program to program these setting during production, but once they are in the field, I have no way of changing/setting them. <br />

I need to update the DMI in systems that in the field and run 24x7. &nbsp;Down time is a problem, so if we can fine a work around it would be a lot better.<br />
