sysprep - there is an incompatibility between this tool and the current operating system

I am in the process of imaging a number of Dell workstations with Windows XP with SP2 installed and when I run the sysprep tool and try to reseal, I get the message.

Any ideas?

Also may want to try this:
The workaround is to install the File and Print Sharing for Microsoft Networks service, start SysPrep, and then uninstall the File and Print Sharing for Microsoft Networks service whilst SysPrep is working
