Can not connect to oracle db

I'm trying to use Toad to login oracle DB which is hosted on verio. I enter all info and I get this error:


Access violation at address 0129C064 in module 'TOAD.exe'. Read of address 00000018

all username and password is ok as per as  know.

this looks like a imcomplete installation of toad, had to reinstall toad when I had that myself
