I am in the process of planing an upgrade from Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) 3.6.6 to version 4.1.  I was wondering if anybody has done it in the past and has any suggestions or tips regarding the upgrade. I have one Blackberry server(Windows 2000 server) with close to 40 users. Any knowledge transfer or suggestion is appreciated.
