To see anything here you need to click on the link that says "Add shortcut to license server"

type in the simple name of your license server here (which I believe in your case is your only citirx server).  After that it will just create a shortcut to the License Management Console on your server that you can launch.

ahh, yes.  This is what he (the consultant) tried.
When I do that, the License Management Console starts, and asks for a user and pw,
nothing works
not the citrix admin
local admin
enterprise admin
or, heck even my login doesn't work.

any ideas?
