Hey guys,

I set up a printer in our office to do scan to email.  I've noticed that everytime I send and email it comes out as, "**SL - JUNK** + the subject line indicated".  How do I get rid of this.  It happens for blackberries as well.

Some trial software fill in some junk to make you want to buy. Are you using trial software?

It happens in into instances.  The first is our printer which I have enabled to Scan to Email.  The software isn't trial software.

The second is from a Black Berry.

Do you know what SL-JUNK means?

"scan to email" --> maybe your OCR program couldn't decipher some words in the scanned document, and so is warning you with that message.
So consult the OCR program's manual as to what the program does when scanned words are not clear enough for it.
I don't know what the SL in SL-JUNK stands for, but here's a good guess: "Scan Log -- Junk"
:-D

I was looking into things more:

SL-JUNK stands for Some What Likely Junk

VL-JUNK stands for Very Likely Junk

It's the spam filter on the email server.
