How do i embed an excel doc in a html page ?

I am using the following code :
<OBJECT DATA="One.xls" TYPE="application/vnd.ms-excel"> </object>
 but not working

<iframe src="One.xls" width="" height=""></iframe>

try and put it into an inline-frame, you will need to declare the width and height.
