MaxPageSize is set too high (result from Exchange Best Practices Report)
Having recently started a new company I've just run the Exchange Best Practises tool against our exchange servers, and each server has the MaxPageSize set to 7000. It says this may cause performance issues.

Thanks for the link. The ExBPA link for this issue is in my initail post.
ExBPA suggests i reduce the size, and rates it as a Critical issue. However, it must have been increased for a reason - which i cant find out. So I need to weigh up the risk of 'leaving it' VS 'changing it'
At present i dont think there is an AD performance issue so would prefer to leave it. But as its a Max setting, it may become an issue.

I've increased the points to 500......
Do you know if there is a way to monitor the LDAPAdminLimits PageSize?
That way i can gauge if it needs to be so high.

You can use Performance monitor wizard (perfwiz) to monitor this counter.

As we have around 6,500 users it's probably needed to be 7,000.
"This limit controls the supportable numbers of several types of Active Directory objects. For example, each organization can have up to 1,000 servers, up to 1,000 administrative groups, and up to 1,000 address lists. Each administrative group can have up to 1,000 routing groups, and each routing group can have up to 1,000 connectors." - http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/exchange/Analyzer/ef05b737-0a94-49ab-8deb-5acf91865531.mspx?mfr=true
So will leave it as is.
Thanks for the help.
