SQL Server not starting after power supply fan failure

LAst night the fan on my power supply failed and the server failed w/ the blue screen of death. I restarted this morning and the only service not starting is SQL. I am running the WIN2000 SBS version of SQL (8.0 I think) and am getting the following error message:

A system error has ocurred.
System Error 1067 has ocurred.
The process was terminated unexpectedly.

There are three other articles that I reviewed, but don't have my.cnf files, etc.

It sounds as if one of the key files in the SQL installation was corrupted.  Attempt a repair installation.

What is the easiest way to repair a SQL installation? I am trying from CD and getting error messages that won't allow me to continue regarding Load Library failed on sqlsui.dll

McAfee Virus Scan was causing SQL not to start. Had to set McAfee service to Manual and start it after SQL started.
