Reply or Forward option in OWA2003 is grey out for mail enabled PF.
Hi,
I have a question regarding the option of replying to e-mails within owa2003 for a mail enabled public folder. We have recently setup a new Public Folder but the users are unable to reply to any of the e-mails as the option to reply or forward the e-mails is greyed out in OWA2003 but it is not when they use their normal outlook client. The problem we have is that only one of the users has access to his outlook client and the other users require the owa2003 functionality to be working for the Public Folder replying and forwarding. Please can you confirm if this is possible to configure or if this has been left out for a particular reason?
(Using E2K for PF server and E2K3 for mail server)

Hi Andre,
Please can you elaborate on your answer as I do not understand what changes are required from your answer. Just to give you more of an idea with the issue I have admin rights to all the PFs and I am also still unable to carry out the same function and therefore I believe the option needs to be configured from the server side.

I have resolved the issue by reverting to using a mailbox so that the users can reply and forward to e-mails. Please can points be refunded and call closed. Thx
