MS Office Outlook 2007 Business Contact Manager - Can not add or import from existing BCM database

I recently installed Outlook 2007 BETA and the BETA version of Business Contact Manager.   I am unable to select my existing business contact manager database, even though the MDF and ldf files are located in the appropriate directory.  Also, there seems to be no way to import information from an old BCM database into the new one that was created.  There is very little support available for BCM.  A good search did turn up a tip about having to remount the database onto the MS SQL server before Outlook can find it.  I know nothing about SQL.  I find it hard to believe that Outlook BCM doesn't allow you to simply select an old MDF file for BCM and import the contacts.  This shouldn't be any more difficult than importing from or opening a PDF file.

Am I missing something obvious?  I don't see a simple browse button in the select a BCM database in either 2003 or 2007.
